One of our top priorities is efficiency in every aspect of our operations; including managing our people. In order to best support our clients, we often put them in direct contact with our engineers and project managers. Fewer layers mean less overhead so that we're able to pass the cost savings onto our clients.

Translators - Linguists

To ensure the highest quality translations, we prefer working with translators who are located in their home country. We carefully screen all of our linguists through reference checks and skills tests and hold them to constant quality assurance measures to guarantee that our high standards are met.

Localization testers

Our linguistic review and localization testing team is comprised of native speakers of the target language. Our team is experienced in linguistic testing, functionality validation and localization methodology. Their up-to-date language knowledge, understanding of the localization process, experience and technical skills are key assets to ensure the release of the highest quality product.

Translation DTP team (desktop publishing)

Desktop publishing requires extreme attention to detail, precision and imagination, especially when it comes to DTP of translated documents (e.g Chinese or Arabic DTP). Our translation DTP team members have foreign language skills and years of experience in DTP which makes them specialists in the field. Along with our localization testers, our DTP team will make sure that your translated document looks as good as the source and it is ready for release.

Localization engineers

Our localization engineers are our localization gurus, they play a major role in the success of software or web localization. Through internationalization review and pseudo-testing on the code, they will ensure proper functionality after localization. They will recommend solutions to prevent truncations and garbage characters, help troubleshoot issues, and will design test matrices to cover all possible scenarios. Our localization engineers work closely with our localization testing team fixing defects that arise during testing, preparing the build scripts and working with developers on the client side to any address code related issues.

Project Managers

We rely on our project managers to be hyper-organized and strong communicators. Typically the liaison between our team and the client, our staff of managers understand both the technical side of localization and the people side. They make sure projects are completed on time and that they exceed our client’s expectations. They keep our client’s in the loop on the project’s progress every step of the way.
