Supported Testing Platforms

For projects that require special hardware/software or in-depth functional verification, we will conduct testing activities at our testing lab in Vancouver, BC. Regardless of the methodology, our QA leads develop test plans ensuring full coverage of the application/website on all required hardware and software platforms.

We employ a variety of hardware to address project needs:

PC (desktop & mobile) – All localized Windows flavors that are under current support from Microsoft,
Linux – popular Linux distributions such as Ubuntu and Fedora

Mobile devices for WinMo localization testing

Localization Testing Tools

Defect tracker – we use a customized version of Redmine defect tracking and project management tool

Automation – we use a home grown tool for UI testing which lets us automatically grab screenshots of the software UI

Imaging – we use Norton Ghost for maintaining our localized operating system images
